Quite exited about this one!
After 2 failed attempts (the first would not rise, the second rose too fast and was dry and falling apart), I have finally made what I think is a pretty successful sourdough bread!
It is a dark bread with rye, coarse wheat, some oatmeal and chopped walnuts and sunflower seeds. It needed over an hour in the oven after rising for 4 hours, but after tasting one it seems well worth it. Doesn’t even require butter to be honest. 🙂
